That Diet!

Well, I did lose some weight on the 1,200 calorie diet. Only have a few more pounds left to get to my "ideal weight". (Wonder how they determined the "ideal" anyhow? Suppose if we were living back in the olden days of "voluptuous" women, some of us women would be too skinny and made fun of.) Had to give up the 1,200 calorie diet because I felt like I was too extremely hungry. Instead I am just eating healthy stuff and exercising daily. I am sure with the warmer weather the rest of the weight will come off as I love to get out for long walks.

This overweight thing runs in my family so I have to be so aware of this and keep on track with eating right and exercising. It is a challenge, but a worthwhile one if I want to hang out for a bit longer on this planet.
