Tonight's Dinner: Zucchini Spaghetti



To make this: Use a Spiral Vegetable Slicer on a zucchini or two, fry up some meatless ground round, add some Prego sauce to it and there you have it - Dinner.

The photo has too much sauce on it because I just put what was left toward the end of my dinner on a new plate so you could at least see what this looks like. I pulled out a few strands so you can see they look like pasta noodles a bit, but are all made out of zucchini. When you make your sauce very hot and put it on the uncooked zucchini noodles it softens them. There is still a tiny crunch, but it still tastes delicious.
