For lunch I had a piece of bbq tofu, two brown rice seaweed rice cakes, a piece of vegetarian cheddar cheese slice, a few green olives and a handful of carob chips. You may be thinking "Oh no, not that stuff!" but it all actually was good tasting and was about 485 for the calories.
