Some easy inexpensive Vegetarian meals for one person or make more for more persons


Fry some onions and mixed veggies in oil, add cooked rice to it, add a couple eggs and fry all up well. Then add some soy sauce. 


Fry some tofu with onions in a pan, serve with microwave potato with butter and microwaved broccoli.


Microwave a potato, stir up a couple eggs in a bowl with a tiny bit of oil and tiny bit of water and microwave the mixed eggs for one minute and stir again and microwave for about 30 seconds more, put some Ketchup over the eggs.


This is easy. Serve any kind of beans with some veggie hot dogs cut up and some Keto bread and butter. I put too much butter on the bread here.

EASY VEGGIE SOUP

Cut up a potato, a couple big carrots, one large onion and cover with water in a sauce pan and boil until tender. Then add a small can of tomato sauce and a package of Lipton Onion Soup mix to it. Add a can of drained and rinsed black beans. Cook until well mixed and enjoy.
