4th of July Holiday
Last night I went to the First Friday events in downtown Fort Bragg. There were street belly dancers and a great band playing, too. The art galleries and photo galleries were great to visit. It was nice some of the stores were open too. I went to V'Cantos Italian Restaurant with friends and there were friendly waitresses and the food was good, too, which makes it nice. Smile.
There are many events in Mendocino today. And around Fort Bragg we have plenty of yard sales to visit. The Fort Bragg Advocate News has lots of the events listed in their weekly paper, too.
Since this is such a small town and not too much traffic or people, it is interesting with more traffic on the road and more people around that are visiting from out of town. Fort Bragg has great weather this weekend, too. I love this time of the year! And we may be able to see fireworks too as it doesn't look foggy, Yay!

BBQTofu
This tofu was easy to make. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Put some bbq sauce down on it. Place 1/4 inch sliced tofu on top of the bbq sauce, put some bbq sauce on top of the tofu and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Done. It tastes good and is good for you. I used organic bbq sauce, but use your favorite brand to make it taste even better. And keep an eye on it as often temperatures vary. You can clean up easy by just throwing away the burned on bbq sauce foil. Easy. Smile.
